- Must be returned in the original state of purchase with original receipt
- Must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges incurred on your purchase are not refundable as part of your return or exchange. Custom is responsible for shipping, delivery, transportation and other costs associated with returning the item to the store.
Return Instructions
- Return authorization number required
- Pack or wrap the package well
- ONLY include the items being returned as a part of the original purchased
- Include original packing materials, manuals and accessories.
- Include the return slip and return authorization number in your shipment.
